Consistency Over Intensity

Consistency Over Intensity
Consistency over intensity. You’ve heard it before… but most people still ignore it.
People come to me wanting quick fixes. They’re all in… for about a week. They’ll crush a brutal leg day, try every “6-minute ab workout,” and go 100%. Until life hits and it all falls apart.
Then they think the problem was the plan.
It wasn’t.
It was the lack of consistency.
The truth? You can do a lot of things wrong and still make progress, if you stay consistent long enough. But even the “perfect” plan fails if you can’t stick to it.
So instead of chasing intensity, set goals you can actually repeat:
I’m going to train 2x/week for the next 12 weeks
I’m going to eat one less cookie at night this month
I’m going to get cardio in every week… even if it’s just walking on the hard days
Nothing flashy. Nothing extreme. Just repeatable.
That’s what works.
The people who win in fitness aren’t the ones who go the hardest—they’re the ones who don’t stop.
Consistency is the skill. Everything else builds on top of it.
